Ryvec’s Binder BFLV-5
This product is a catalyzed fast reacting binder intended for use in conjunction with SBR crumb rubber, EPDM or buffings in the top and bottom portions of Pour-In-Place playgrounds, and other sporting applications.
Ryvec’s BinderE-437 & E-439
These products are formulated for medium heat and medium pressure applications. The E-437 binder is formulated for the top portion of tiles while the E-439 binder is used on the bottom portion. The temperature can be anywhere from ambient to hot molding at 275°F+. Typical applications include:
- Athletic mats/tiles
- Deck tiles
- Mulch rings
- Playground safety surfacing
Ryvec’s BinderMD-400 & MD-407
These products are formulated to be used with recycled rubber in molding applications involving pressures of at least 100 psi and temperatures of at least 200° F. Typical applications include:
- Animal mats
- Door mats
- Railroad crossings
- Parking bumpers, wheel chocks, safety cone bases
- Wheelchair ramps
